You can reach the Heidelberger Platz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station in less than ten minutes by foot from MAX & MARIA. If you’re looking for an even closer connection, you can take the Forckenbeckstraße bus station, which takes you directly to the previously mentioned shopping boulevard, Kurfürstendamm. An additional bus station is also being planned directly in the area. Driving with a car? No problem. You can cross quickly cross the Hohenzoller causeway into City West or to the Autobahn 100. To get to the Tegel Airport you only need about 20 minutes and only about 30 minutes to Schoenefeld Airport.
Everything you need can be locally found. You can find diverse supermarkets, discount supermarkets, and drugstores all within a kilometer. There are also two organic food shops just a short drive or bike ride away. The area is family-friendly with a daycare that will be established in the area as well as a few preschools, elementary schools and a secondary school all within one kilometer! It doesn’t matter if you’re living alone, as a couple, or with a family, we have apartments with 1.5 rooms all the way up to 4 rooms. It doesn’t matter if you need only 42 square meters or 131 square meters, we have an apartment for you. Every apartment has a balcony, loggia, or terrace so that everyone gets to enjoy the outdoors only a few steps from their door!
You will love our eye-catching ceilings that boast 2.70 meters on the ground and normal floors, as well as 2.95 meters in our stacked story apartments. The ceiling-high windows paired with the real wooden flooring and the white painted walls look amazing when the sun shines through the large windows. The bathrooms and toilets feature large tiling, high-quality faucets, a shower partition out of glass, as well as towel heaters. Wie auch bei anderen Mietverträgen üblich, beträgt die Kaution drei Nettokaltmieten (die Nettokaltmiete nebst Nebenkosten ist im Mietvertrag ausgewiesen). Bearbeitungs- oder Vermittlungsgebühren fallen nicht an.
Wie sind die Wohnungen ausgestattet?

Des Weiteren sind alle Wohnungen mit einer Einbauküche ohne Kühlschrank, Echtholzparkett und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und verfügen über einen Balkon, eine Loggia oder eine Terrasse.
Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Mieterkeller.
Gibt es Auto- und Fahrradstellplätze im Objekt?
Es stehen insgesamt 137 PKW-Außenstellplätze, teils mit E-Ladestation versehen, zur Verfügung. Diese können ab 120 € monatlich angemietet werden.

Die Anschlüsse befinden sich in den Badezimmern. Einige Wohnungen sind mit Abstellkammern ausgestattet, in denen sich ein Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet, ausgestattet.

Mit der Vermietung ist das Team von Müller Merkle Immobilien beauftragt. Ab Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrages und bereits für die Übergabe der Wohneinheiten ist die Hausverwaltung zuständig.
